- 150g soft butter
- 80g granulated sugar
- 180g brown sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- 280g AP flour
- 20g corn starch
- 12g baking soda
- 220g chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix butter and sugars in mixer until smooth.
2. Add in your eggs one at a time.
3. Mix your dry ingredients in a bowl together until well combined.
4. Add to the butter/egg mixture in stages and mix gently.
5. Add chocolate chips all at once while there is still some visible flour. Mix just enough to combine. Stop mixer while dough is still a bit crumbly and finish assembly of the cookie dough by hand. When finished the dough should not stick to your hands.
6. Weigh out each cookie to 50g and roll into a perfect ball and place onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
7. Make sure there is not more than 6-8 cookies on each cookie sheet. There needs to be proper air flow around each cookie.
8. Place 3 chocolate chips on top of every cookie.
9. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before baking them.
10. Bake in a 350F oven for 12 minutes
