2 cans apricots
1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
1 29 oz can peach slices
1 29 oz can pears
1 T flour
1 stick butter
1/2 C brown sugar
1 t curry powder
5 Maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit and place in 9x13 baking dish. Melt butter...stir in brown sugar, flour, and curry powder. Pour over fruit and garnish with cherries. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Delicious with ham or turkey.

This is a delicious recipe...was probably the first time many folks ever tasted curry powder.
