6 sun dried tomato halves
3 cloves garlic mince
2 T olive oil
1 T chopped fresh rosemary
1 French baguette
Olive oil
10 oz fresh goat cheese
Garnish fresh rosemary sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Chop sun dried tomatoes. Combine with next 3 ingredients. Cover and chill up to 4 hours.
Slice baguette thinly brush with more olive oil and bake at 350º for 8 min or until lightly toasted.
Before serving, place goat cheese on a plate and top with marinated tomatoes. Serve with toast rounds and garnish.
