Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated Colby Jack Cheese
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 or 4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon of Pimento ( or more )
1 package of sliced Pastrami, chopped
1/2 tsp Accent or Seasoning Salt ( I use Lawry’s)
1/2 tsp garlic powder ( optional)

Pecans, chopped into tiny pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the pecans.
Get a piece of wax paper out and lay it on your counter. Spread your pecans over it.
Shape your cheese mixture into a large ball or 2 smaller ones. Roll the balls in the nuts to cover the outside. Cover the cheese ball with wax paper and store in the fridge. They will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks but don’t worry, they’ll get eaten before that!!
Serve with crackers of your choice!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I think I just make this recipe up as I go. You could switch out the pimento for a small can of green chilis.
Or add jalapeños. Or olives. Or add cooked bacon instead of pastrami. Or Sharp cheddar cheese instead of Colby Jack. Endless possibilities.
