1⅔ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
¾ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
¾ cups dark chocolate chips
½ cup sugar
½ cup butter, softened
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. In a 1-quart glass jar, layer flour mixture, chocolate chips, granulated sugar, brown sugar and white baking chips in order as listed. To prepare cookies, preheat the oven to 350º. Cream the butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Add cookie mixture; blend well. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto the parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake until the edges begin to brown, 7-9 minutes. Cool on the pans for 1 minute before removing to the wire racks to cool completely.
