Directions:
Add Gizzards and stock to saucepan with a chicken bouillon and simmer for about an hour until flavorful. Break bread into bite sized pieces, add to large bowl. Add butter and veggies to large sauté pan and cook until soft. Add to bowl with bread. Add fresh sage, evaporated milk and a little stock that the gizzards are cooking in. Stir. Add dried sage and poultry seasoning 1 tsp at a time until it’s how you like it. Add more stock as needed. You want it to be
moist but not wet and definitely not dry. Keep adding sage, poultry seasoning, stock and salt until desired taste has been achieved. Before ready to eat, put stuffing in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until warmed through and crispy on top. Enjoy!
