2-3 lb London Broil or Chuck roast
Oil for searing meat
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Lawreys seasoning salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
32oz beef stock
1 beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasonings into flour. Cut beef into large chunks. Heat oil in large skillet. Place beef chunks into flour mixture coating on all sides. Cook in batches until all beef chunks have been browned on all sides. Place into crockpot with tomatoes, stock and beef bouillon. Stir.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Shred meet and add salt and pepper if needed to taste.
Serve over rice. Enjoy!
