1 3/4 c flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 c shortening
2/3 c sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c mashed bananas (about 3 medium size)

Directions:
Directions:
Turn oven on to 350 F.
Cream shortening & sugar. Add eggs, beat until foamy. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Alternate adding the dry ingredients and bananas Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour until a toothpick or tester comes out clean.
