- 2/3 cup brown butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 tsp espresso powder, optional
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 1.5 cups AP flour
- 2-2.5 cups chocolate chips of your choice
- 1/2 cup Score bits, optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Turn oven to 375F. Place parchment paper on your cookie sheets.
2. In a pot brown your butter until nutty and brown. Watch it carefully so you don’t burn the butter.
3. Once the butter is browned pour into a heat safe bowl with the two sugars. Mix until smooth.
4. Add and mix in the eggs, one at a time.
5. Once the mixture is smooth add in the vanilla and espresso powder and mix well.
6. In a separate bowl add in the dry ingredients. Stir until mixed well.
7. Add the chocolate chips and Score bits and stir.
8. Next add the dry ingredients to the wet a third at a time. Mix until no dry flour is present.
9. Place about 1.5 tbsp of dough on your prepared cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
10. Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before moving to the cooling rack.
