3 Lbs. Powdered Sugar
1 Lb. Margarine
2 Lb Peanut Butter
12 oz. Bittersweet chocolate chips

2/3 Slabs Paraffin (Canning wax)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, margarine and peanut butter together. Form into 1" Balls. Chill overnight.

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and stir in paraffin until well blended.

Using a toothpick to hold each ball lower ball into chocolate, leaving a small area at top uncoated to form the "eye" of the buckeye.

Place on cookie sheet to cool. Refrigerate for storage.
