1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup White Corn Syrup
1/3 Cup Water
1 Cup raw Peanuts (lightly toasted)
1 Tablesoon Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, water and corn syrup together in 2 1/2 quart saucepan until it forms a thread. Add peanuts, stirring constantly until mixture turns light brown.

REMOVE FROM HEAT!

Add soda and stir well (mixture will foam a lot).

Spread on buttered cookie sheet and let cool. Break into individual pieces.
