3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. water
1/2 lb. black walnut pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, water, and corn syrup in a large saucepan, stir until dissolved. Boil over medium heat until 310º. Pour mixture over black walnut pieces on a greased cookie sheet with sides. You may also use a foil cookie sheet. Cool. Crack into small bite size pieces.
