1 c almond flour
1/2 c cassava flour
2 T sugar plus 1/2 t to sprinkle on top
1/2 t baking powder
3 T coconut oil, melted
1/2 c almond milk
1/2 c blueberries
1/2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 400º
Baking sheet with parchment
Whisk flours, sugar, baking powder in lg bowl
Pour coconut oil into flour mixture and pastry cutter mix to distribute evenly
Make a well and add almond milk and vanilla. Gently stir to mix.
Gently fold in blueberries
Turn onto work surface and pat into 8 inch round and cut into 8 wedges.
Place 1 inch apart on baking sheet
Bake until golden about 18 to 22 min.
