1½ c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
¼ tsp. Kosher salt
½ c. Unsalted sweet cream butter (softened)
1c. Light brown sugar
1c. Smooth peanut butter
1 large egg
½ tsp. Pure vanilla extract
½ c. Sugar to roll dough in

Filling
¼ c. Unsalted sweet cream butter (softened)
½ c. Smooth peanut butter
1½ c. Powdered sugar
2 tbsp. Whole milk
¼ tsp. Pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º, line cookie sheet, pour ½ cup sugar in a bowl for later
2. Whisk together baking soda, salt, flour in mixing bowl. Set aside.
3. Mix together butter, brown sugar, peanut butter
4. Add egg, vanilla and continue mixing
5. Gradually pour bowl of dry ingredients into wet and mix until well combined.
6. Divide dough into small balls about 1 inch in diameter
7. Form each ball into log shape then roll in sugar
8. Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart
9. Make criss cross pattern with fork, then pinch middle
10. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly brown on edges
11. Cool for 5 minutes, then put on rack
