1 1/2 lbs ricotta cheese
1lb cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons of flour
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF

Combine the ricotta and cream cheese. Then add 1 egg at a time and the vanilla.

Add alternately the flour and sour cream.

Pour in spring pan. Place spring pan in a pan of boiling water and bake for 1 hour.

Turn off oven and leave cake in over for 1 additional hour.
