1 (16.5-oz.) package chocolate chip cookie dough
8-10 Oreos, broken into large chunks
1 cup mini marshmallows
Ice cream, for serving, optional
Directions:
Directions:
1. Place a grate over a campfire. In a large cast iron skillet, combine chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough, Oreos, and marshmallows.
2. Cover skillet with aluminum foil and cook until edges of skillet begin to turn a dark shade of golden, about 9 minutes. (The top will firm as it cools!) Serve with ice cream, if using.
