4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
2-3 eggs
2-3 T. vegetable oil
1 jar pasta/marinara sauce
2-3 c. shredded mozarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in flat pan ( or on a paper plate). Combine eggs and oil- pour into shallow pie pan.
Dip breasts into egg/oil mixture and then roll in cheese/bread crumbs.
Place breasts in 13x9 pan. Drizzle small amount of vegetable oil over chicken. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Add pasta sauce to cover breasts. Add shredded cheese. Bake 15- 20 minutes longer. May serve over linguine with additional pasta sauce.
