3Ttbsp butter
4 Tbsp milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Boil sugar, butter, and milk for 2 minutes. Cool. Then, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir with a wire whisk. Spoon onto cookies.
