I CUP 2 % MILK
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 PKG INSTANT VANILLA, PUDDING MIX, 3.4 OUNCES
1TSP GRATED ORANGE ZEST
2 CUPS HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM, WHIPPED
8 CUPS CUBED ANGEL FOOD CAKE (OR POUND CAKE)
4 CUPS SLICED FRESH STRAWBERRIES

IN A LARGE BOWL, BEAT THE MILK, SOUR CREAM, PUDDING MIX AND ORANGE ZEST ON LOW SPEED UNTIL THICKENED.
FOLD IN WHIPPED CREAM.
PLACE 1/2 CAKE CUBES IN A 3 QT GLASS BOWL. ARRANGE 1/3 OF THE STRAWBERRIES AROUND THE SIDE OF THE BOWL AND OVER THE CAKE CUBES
TOP WITH 1/2 THE PUDDING MIXTURE.
REPEAT LAYER ONCE. TOP WITH REMAINING BERRIES.
REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING
