2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions - chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 - 14 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 jar of mushrooms
8 oz shell macaroni
3 c sour cream
8 oz sliced Provolone
8 oz sliced Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Brown together meat, onions, and garlic. Drain fat. Add next 5 ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. While sauce is simmering cook macaroni and drain in cold water. Pour 1/2 of the shells into a greased/sprayed deep casserole. Cover with 1/2 sauce. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream on top and cover with provolone cheese. Add the rest of the macaroni, tomato sauce, sour cream, and top with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Remove cover for last five minutes.
