2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup sugar add to eggs and beat until thick and shiny

Add and mix together:
1/2 t cinnamon
6 T flour
2 1/2 t baking powder
2 1/2 cups chopped apples
1/2 cup nuts
Directions:

Put mixture in 9 x 12 greased pan. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
