CAKE:

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 - 11oz.can mandarin oranges (juice too)




ICING:

1 large Cool Whip
1 pkg. french vanilla instant pudding
1 - 16 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drain most of the juice and add as long as it doesn't get to runny

Directions:

CAKE - Mix cake ingredients together with mixer. Pour into 13 x 9 greased & floured pan. Bake at 350 for 35 - 45 minutes. Test center of cake with a wooden toothpick to see if done. ICING - Mix all ingredients together with a mixer until well blended. Spread on cake and chill.
