1 - 8 oz. can of whole green chills
12 oz. Monterey jack cheese [grated or thinly sliced]
12 oz. cheddar cheese [grated or thinly sliced]
4-6 eggs
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, seed, and cut chilies into strips. Layer chills and two cheeses in a greased 2 quart pan [8x12]. Beat eggs well and blend in sour cream. Pour over chilies and cheese right before baking. Bake at 350º uncovered for 30 minutes. After baking, let sit out of oven for 15-20 minutes
