Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• ¾ bread crumbs
• 1-2 eggs
• Seasoning: salt, pepper, celery salt, parsley, garlic powder (like ½ tsp or so each…or just add a ½ packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix per pound of meat and call it good!)
• 3-4 potatoes, quartered
• 1-2 onions, roughly chopped
• 28 oz can of whole stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, crumbs, eggs, and spices. Shape into a loaf and place into 13x9 pan. Surround with potatoes and onions. Dump can of tomatoes over the top and spread around. Cook at 350º for approximately 1 hour (depending on oven).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is an easy, basic recipe. We’ve added fresh celery to it instead of celery salt, which I actually prefer. You don’t need to add the tomatoes if that doesn’t sound appealing, but personally, I think it’s DELISH!
