2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed [or l package fresh]
1/2 c melted butter
1 t. salt and pepper
1/2 c Onion - chopped
10-16 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pt sour Cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spread into a sprayed 9x13" pan or casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done [should be bubbly and golden brown].
