2 sticks melted butter
1 cup chopped walnuts + more for topping (or alternative for Jason!)
2 cups flour
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
12-ounce container Cool-Whip
2 small packages of instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
For base:

mix together 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, and 1 cup of flour. Press into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Let cool.

For 1st Layer:

mix together 16 ounces of cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners sugar. Spread over cooled base.

For 2nd Layer:

In a large bowl, add 2 small packages of chocolate pudding to 1/3 of Cool-Whip Container and 3 cups of milk. Spread mixture over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool-Whip over chocolate pudding mixture. Top with walnuts.
