125 g. salted butter (softened)
100 g. light brown sugar
150 g self rising flour

Directions:

Add eveerything to a large mixing bowl, and knead everything together by hand until you can form a dough ball.
Let the dough chill in the refrigerato for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 305ºF or 150ºC. Make 25 small round balls from the dough about 1 tsp. and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently press a fork in a criss-cross pattern onto the balls (like peanut butter cookies). Bake for 20 minutes.
