4 T red wine vinegar
2 T dijon mustard
2-3 T green onions, finely minced
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
Pinch of sugar or sugar subtitute
1 c Oil [vegetable or corn]
1/2 c Olive Oil

MIx all ingredients together well. Blend in oil.
