2 cans albagore tuna
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
2 lge. eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 T. chopped pimento(optional)
1 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 t. horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 t. pepper
1 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a lge bowl combine tuna, crumbs, and eggs, stir lightly. Add onion, clery, pimento, lemon juice, horsaeradish, garlic, and pepper and mix again. Form into patties. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over med. heat and cook the patties, covered, until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. Finish baking in oven until golden brown.
