8 Idaho Potatoes Peeled and Chunked
4 Cups Cold Water
½ Stick Butter
3 Slices American Cheese
2 TBSP Cornmeal
1 TBSP Flour
1 Cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place Potatoes and water in a large pot and bring to a rolling boil
2. Let cook till slightly tender with a fork and reduce heat to a simmer
3. Add butter, cornmeal, and flour and mix well till all lumps are gone.
(I found that if you mix in a cup with some of the milk till creamy then add the remaining milk You can avoid lumps)
4. Add to potato and place cheese over it and let melt Add salt and pepper to taste …
