1 cup water
1½ Tbsp yeast
6 cups warm water
1⅛ cup shortening
3 eggs
18 cups flour
1½ cups sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 6 cups warm water, shortening and eggs. In separate bowl mix yeast and 1 cup of water, let stand 10 minutes. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add water mixture, then yeast/water mixture. Mix together. Knead until dough is smooth and not sticky (dough should be soft). Let rise until it doubles in size, then punch down. Let rise again. Shape into rolls. Let rise till double.

Bake at 350ºF. Cook about 20 mins or until golden tops.
