1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup confectioners sugar
4 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and add eggs one at a time

Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking pan (or lined with parchment paper)

Press with fork

Bake at 375º for 8 minutes
