8 c water
1 3/4 c sugar
12 oz frozen concentrated orange juice
6 oz frozen concentrated lemonade juice
3 bananas (optional) well mashed in blender
1-48 oz can unsweetened pineapple juice
1-26 oz bottle of vodka or gin

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and sugar for 15 minutes to make a simple syrup.

Add syrup, concentrated fruit juices, pineapple juice and booze in an ice cream pail. Put in freezer.

Stir 2 times the first day while freezing (after 5-6 hours).

To serve:
In a glass, fill 1/2 with slush and top up with ginger-ale.

You can also add other frozen fruit such as strawberries.

Alternative:
2 cans favorite frozen juice concentrate (ie peach or fruit punch)
1 L pineapple juice
6 tbsp lemon juice
1-26 oz vodka

Pour all ingredients in a 4L ice cream pail and top up with water. Put in freezer. Stir 2 times the first day while freezing (after 5-6 hours).
