1lb ground beef
1/2 yellow onion grated
One Packet Lipton beefy onion soup mix
1 piece of bread soaked in a little milk
1/4-1/2 c breadcrumbs
1 egg
14oz can of tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl until combined. Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish and score the top of loaf. Mix tomato sauce and soup together and pour over meat.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies.
