Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lb. Red potatoes
1 lb. bacon
1 onion (diced)
1 green pepper (seeded and chopped)
Salt/Pepper
1 bottle Ranch salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

Scrub and quarter the potatoes (you can dice them smaller if you like). Chop the bacon, onion and green pepper. Add all to a large baking pan (MeMaw always used a Dollar Store disposable pan :) and sprinkle with a fair amount of salt and pepper.

Cover with foil and bake for approximately 1 hour and 15-30 minutes; stirring periodically and fork testing at the end to make sure the potatoes are done.

Remove from oven and stir in the Ranch dressing (1 bottle may be a little too much - so gear it toward your taste).

NOTE: The bacon grease may seem a little overwhelming, but trust me, this potato recipe is really freaking good.
