1 cup of Bisquick Mix
1 - Choose a favorite 4 serving box of instant pudding
¼ cup of salad oil
1 egg

Directions:
Combine baking mix with the box of instant pudding you chose. Add the salad oil and the egg. Mix the dough until you can form a ball and place it on to an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten the balls slightly with a fork. Optional: Lightly sprinkle with colored sugar sprinkles.

Bake in oven at 350º for 5 - 8 minutes. Do not overbake. Each time you bake them, it is like magic - a tasty new treat depending upon which flavor of instant pudding mix you choose. Some that work well: chocolate, french vanilla, lemon, butterscotch...

You can also feel free to add chopped pecans, or something like craisns. Be creative with this very easy cookie recipe.
