2 c sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c butter or margarine
3/4 sugar
2 eggs - slightly beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt. Set aside. In separate bowl cream butter, add sugar, eggs & bananas blending thoroughly. Combine milk and lemon juice. To banana mixture, add alternating flour & milk mixtures, then stir in nuts. Pour mixture into buttered & floured bread pan (5x9x3). Bake at 325-350 degrees for apprx 40-50 minutes.
Or use minature loaf pans.
