1 C powdered sugar
1 C granulated sugar
1 C butter
1 C oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
4 C flour plus 4 heaping tsps.
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter.
Add eggs and mix togethers.
Add dry ingredients and mix together thouroughly.

Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Flatten with a fork. Sprinkly with sugar.

Bake at 350º to 375º for about 10 minutes.
