3 ounces jello, any flavor
15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
16 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed

1. Combine cottage cheese, pineapple, and gelatin in a bowl, stirring well.

2.Fold the Cool Whip in with the other ingredients until combined. Try not to overmix and deflate the Cool Whip.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
