2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar (sifted)

Butter Cream frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 Tbs. milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Wilton Christmas red, moss green, food coloring gel.
Red, green, and white sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl whisk together flour and salt. set aside. Place butter into the bowl of your stand mixer. Fitted with the paddle attachment, beat until smooth and light, about 40-60 seconds. Add in the sugar and beat until smooth. Gradually add the flour mixture and beat until you get a smooth dough. Roll the dough between w sheets of parchment paper to 1/4 inch thick. //////transfer on to baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm. Pre-heat oven to 350º. Remove dough from frig and cut into bite size squares. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool completely and the frost.

Frosting:
In large bowl mix together butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
If frosting seems dry, add 1-2 Tbs milk and mix. Divide frosting into 3 parts. Tint one in each color
