2 lbs sausage (I like hot)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 lb cheddar cheese - grated
1 dozen eggs
1/4 c milk
1 pkg frozen hash browns w/onion & bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage; drain and set aside.
Melt butter in bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread frozen hash browns on top of melted butter. Place cooked sausage on top of hash browns. Beat eggs with milk, mix in grated cheese, reserving enough out to sprinkle on top. Pour egg mixture on top of sausgage. Bake at 375 degrees for approx 45 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake an additional 5 - 10 minutes until melted. May add chopped jalapenos to egg mixture if desired.
