"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Mix yogurt, sour cream, and enough water to mix smooth.

Add all ingredients to kettle with 2-3 Ziploc sandwich bag sized bags of shredded beets.

Gram always use cooked, shredded, frozen beets from her garden from the previous year. Fresh garden dill makes a huge difference in texture and flavor. Fresh picked cukes are the best!

Chill for a hot day of hay making - or pool sitting :)
