1 C gin
1 whole egg
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
½ C Sweet-n-sour mixer
½ C half and half
Club soda
Orange flower water (find this in alcohol mixer section)
Ice

Directions:
Directions:
-In blender, pour in 1 cup of gin
-Add enough ice to fill half the blender
-Add egg, powdered sugar, sweet-n-sour mix, half and half, a touch of club soda, and a small touch of orange flower water.
-Blend at high speed until thoroughly blended

-Pour into a fluted glass (champagne or wine glass works).

-Add a sprinkle of nutmeg.
