1 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1 pkg. chocolate stars
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup quick oats
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar - add extract.
Stir in four and oats. shape into 2 logs - each 1 1/2 inch in diameter.
Wrap in wax paper and chill.
Heat over to 350º
Cut logs into 1/4 inch slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. top each slice with a star.

Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
