3/4 cup creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 butter flavored Crisco
3 Tbs milk
1 Tbs. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine: peanut butter, crisco, light brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, beat just until blended. Combine flour, salt, baking soda. Add vreamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended.

Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet. flatten slightly in Criss cross pattern with fork tines.

Bake at 375º for 7 - 8 minutes, or until set and just beginning to turn brown.
