2-3 Chicken Breasts,
2 Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz Milk (1 Soup Can filled w/milk)
8 oz Chicken Broth (From boiling the chicken breasts)
1 - 7 oz box of Creamettes
1 Finely Diced Onion
4 Boiled Eggs diced
1# of Velveeta, Cubed

Directions:

Boil the chicken breasts until cooked, save broth. Cut the chicken up into bite sized pieces and put into a large bowl. Dump in both cans of cream of chicken soup. Use the empty soup can and measure the chicken broth in it and pour into the bowl. Pour milk into the same can and and pour it into the bowl also. Add the diced onion, diced boiled eggs and the cubed Velveeta and stir. Pour into a glass 9x13 casserole dish. This can be refrigerated overnight or baked immediately at 350º for an hour and 15 minutes. It may look a little "soupy" when first removed from oven but will thicken as it cools. If reheating the next day, add a little milk.
