- 1 cup butter/margarine
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup water

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup buttermilk or sour cream
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:
- melted 1/2 cup butter
- 6 tsp milk
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 cups icing sugar
- chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
- Heat butter, cocoa and water til melted.
- Add to dry mixture.
- Add eggs, then buttermilk/soda, then vanilla.
- Mix in mixer for 2 min or until all is mixed.
- Bake at 400º F for 20 mins in 12x18" pan.

Frosting: Melt butter, mix with milk and cocoa. Then add icing sugar and mix.
