Meatballs:
2 lb ground pork (can be part ground pork and ground beef).
1 cup dried bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
½ 8 oz can tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese, as desired

Spaghetti Sauce:
1 jar of Rao’s marinara sauce
1 can S&W stewed tomatoes, diced
1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz
1 partial packet of Lawry’s Spaghetti Sauce mix (to taste).

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, eggs, and milk: let rest until the bread crumbs and liquids have combined to make a panade. Add tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Form the mixture into 1½” balls. Sauté meatballs until sufficiently browned in a large frypan.

Next, add the spaghetti sauce mixture to the meatballs and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through.

Serve over spaghetti noodles!

This is my youngest grandson’s favorite dish that I make. I always know that Nick will be happy when we have spaghetti and meatballs! Especially with lots of Parmesan cheese on top! Linda AKA Grammy
