4 whole Idaho’s potatoes ,preferably the same size
One cup of Hellmans mayo
3/4 cup of miracle whip
1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
1 tablespoon of dry mustard
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green olives

Directions:
Directions:
Add cold water into large pan with whole potatoes and leave the skin on. Make sure the water covers all of the potatoes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together
Take potatoes out of the water when they are Al dente. They need to feel still a bit firm so they are not mushy . You can pull a potato out and put a knife into it to feel how done it is. Take out and cut the potato in half. Let them sit out on a paper towel till they are cool enough to peel .
Chop into bite size pieces and gently mix into the mixed ingredients
