3 C. Sugar
1 ½ Sticks of Butter
5 oz. Can Evaporated Milk
1 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
7 oz. Jar Marshmallow Creme
1 t. Vanilla
1 C. Chopped Pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan on medium heat, bring butter, sugar and milk to full rolling boil, stirring constantly until candy thermometer reaches 234º, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and MM creme until melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts (if using). Spread immediately in foil lined pan (butter the foil). Cool at room temperature for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares. Store in airtight container. Note: if you want thick fudge, use an 8x8 glass dish. The foil allows you to lift it out for easier cutting and storing.
